31Prism volume and surface area

A rectangular prism measures 4 cm by 5 cm by 6 cm. Find its volume and its surface area.

The prism has volume 120 cm³ and surface area 148 cm². Volume is 4×5×6 = 120 cm³; surface area sums the three pairs of faces, 2(20+24+30) = 148 cm². Check: 120÷4÷5 = 6, the given edge.
