Compute AB\displaystyle AB for A=[1234]\displaystyle A = \begin{bmatrix}1 & 2\\3 & 4\end{bmatrix} and B=[0110]\displaystyle B = \begin{bmatrix}0 & 1\\1 & 0\end{bmatrix}.

Multiply row i of A by column j of B to get entry (i,j) of AB. Working each of the four entries gives AB = [[2, 1], [4, 3]].
